Yes we do indeed. We will confirm the headshot session as well as send you an email with detailed information about the session including preparing for the session. Any and all questions you may have will be answered by email in a timely fashion
Upon arriving at the headshot session, we will make sure that you are comfortable and at ease. There is no rush and you may expect a relaxed time during the shoot. If you have any requests or wish to discuss any aspect of the session, all input is welcome.
The studio will be set up ahead of time so as soon as you have changed into your wardrobe and your make up is done, we will begin posing you. It is important that you feel relaxed so we will take a variety of photographs so there’s no stress in worrying about not getting any particular look.
Throughout the process, we will be continually giving you feedback both verbally as well as showing you the resulting images on the camera itself. When we both feel satisfied with the number of images for any particular look/background has been achieved, we will move on to the rest of the session.
At the end of the session, and at your satisfaction that we’ve covered your needs, we will then process your payment. We will then go through your images, and upload image proofs to a Dropbox folder and email you the link.
When you’ve chosen the requisite number of images to be edited, and sent the choices back to us, we will then begin editing them and upload the final edits to another subfolder in your existing Dropbox folder. Image edits are usually within 24-48 hours from the time we receive your image choices.
At all times, you can rest assured that we will maintain constant communication throughout the process from start to finish.

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Android Pay, as well as Interac Debit and e-transfer.
Within an hour after the studio session, we will email you a link to an online Dropbox folder of image proofs. Delivery of your final edited photos will be on the SAME DAY from the time we receive your image choices for full retouching.
If you need to cancel, please rest assure in knowing that your payment can go towards a future session, but there are no refunds. You may receive one complimentary reschedule at no cost. After that you will forfeit your payment of the session if you reschedule a second time.

Yes. In the Professional Headshots Session package we offer on-location shoots outside or at a venue of your choosing in the downtown Toronto area. Outside sessions are available for spring, summer and fall and as the weather permits.
The way we retouch headshots is minimalistic in the sense that we will not vastly change your appearance. We do natural looking touch-ups such as blemish removal, shine reduction, flyaway hair removal, light skin-softening for women, light contrast for men, as well as tone and colour-correction. Please see our Portfolio Page for example images.
Copyright law in Canada maintains that the photographer retains the copyright to any and all images he or she takes. We give you a license to use these images for your own promotion though we still retain the copyright. You have the right to use the photos freely in any non-commercial medium you wish.
We retain the right to use the images in online portfolios, and for self-promotional materials for our photography business. Being able to showcase our work is essential for us in attracting new clients on an on-going basis. This is standard practice and is in accordance with copyright law. However, if privacy is an issue for you, we respect this and will abide by your wishes accordingly if you would like us to refrain from using your photo on our web site and in other materials.
